bhakti Kulkarni retained the Goa State Chess Association Championship by scoring 8 out of 9 possible points. The tournament sponsored by Bank of India was conducted at Clube Tennis de Gaspar Dias, Miramar and 80 players participated in the tournament. The Chief Guest at the Prize distribution ceremony was power Minister Shri.Digamber Kamat.
