Asian Youth Chess Championship will be held at
Iran From 23rd June to 01st July 2006. All those

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

We
have received communication from Iran Chess Federation regarding
the entry fee of participants.
Those going as
Donor entry ( Special Entry ) and accompanying persons may send
their names immediately to AICF. The entry fees need not be
sent to AICF. The Iran Chess Federation will collect the entry
fee on arrival at Iran. AICF
representatives Mr.Raghunandan Gokhale and Mr.V.Hariharan
will be there at Tehran to help you and they will
co-ordinate on behalf of all players. But, names of the
accompanying persons and Special entry players as given in their
passport have to be
sent to AICF only. Hence all those who want to go to Iran as
Special Entry players / accompanying persons may kindly send their details like
name, address, email address, Passport Number, Telephone number etc., to AICF
immediately. The last day for receiving such entries is
05.00.P.M. May 22nd 2006

Complete Board and Lodge at
Tehran per person per day

All the donor
entry participants and accompanying persons who need help for
flight bookings and Visa are requested to send details like
name, address, passport details etc immediately to Mr.Bharat

Mr.Bharat Singh will block the flight reservation or else it
will be difficult later.
