The Division Bench of the Madras High Court comprising Mr Justice P.Sadhasivam and Mr Justice S.K.Krishnan dismissed the plea of former AICF Secretary P.T.Ummer Koya, S.L.Harsh, P.K.Bhaskaran, V.R.Bobba in a verdict on May 5.
After failing to vacate the Interim Injunction of the Single Judge High Court order, Ummer Koya and others appealed to the Division Bench of the Madras High Court. The learned judges in their Order dated 05-05-05 have held that all contentions raised by the Appelants P.T.Ummer Koya and V.R.Bobba are contrary to law and the same had to be rejected. The Order copy will be available on May 6. This is a bigger blow to P.T.Ummer Koya who was first restrained by the Madras High Court on February 1, 2005.
