Organised jointly by Singapore Chess Federation and Asean Chess Academy under the
auspices of Singapore Sports Council and World Chess Federation (FIDE).

3. Schedule:
Lectures & Practice – daily from 19th to 24th December - 10am to 1pm & 4pm to 7pm.
4. Syllabus:
Laws of Chess, Tournament Regulations, Tie-Break Rules, Swiss Pairings, Use of Electronic Clocks, Title Regulations, Organising Competitions followed by Examination.
5. Eligibility:
All are welcome.
6. Official Hotel & Venue:
Hotel Royal, Newton Road – rates inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner
Single Room – US$ 90 per person per day
Twin Room – US$ 60 per person per day
Triple Room – US$ 50 per person per day
Training Venue : Asean Chess Academy (5 minutes walk from Hotel Royal)
7. Registration Fee:
includes Seminar Fee, Accreditation, 2 tea-breaks each day.

Without endorsement of National Chess Federation – US$ 300
