I Am Returning In A Week: Anand

I Am Returning In A Week: Anand

By Arvind Aaron

World champion Viswanathan Anand said his team had done a wonderful, tiring job and it involved in keeping awake and working until 7 a.m. in the morning. They were now tired after the match and resting.

Anand is known for his systematic hard work and his team had worked very hard for this success. Anand also said besides Ganguly there were other Indians whom he worked hard with back in India.

My opening plan to play the queen pawn was enough surprise to be the key element in my match strategy he said.

The champion who will turn 39 on December 11 this year said games three and five were the best of the eleven.

Anand was delighted at having defeated Kramnik thrice in eleven games. Kramnik is known to lose few to zero games in one year.

I hope to return to India in a week after spending some time in Germany and Spain, said the three time champion.
