UP Chess Association’s Appeal dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court

UP Chess Association in IA no. 9 of 2008 in C.A.No.3610 of 2006 filed an application preying that

a) To direct the Respondent not to hold election till disposal of the present petition by this Hon’ble Court.

b) Direct the Respondent to permit the applicant to participate in all the activities of the Respondent.

c) Direct the Respondent to permit the applicant is to participate in forth coming election to be held on or before 30th June, 2008.

d) Pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

This Appeal was called for hearing on 21.04.2008 and upon hearing counsel the Court dismissed the case.
