Note :
1. All accompanying
persons may kindly transfer their registration fee and Boarding & Lodging
fee to the organizers directly.
2. For Players Under
Special / Donor entry, AICF will transfer the Registration fee / entry fee
alone to the organizers. Boarding & Lodging and incase of late entry fee
should be paid by the players directly to the organizers
3. We have requested the
organizers to waive the late fee. Hope, they consider our request.
Travel Plans of official team
We are awaiting the
Government's approval, after which we shall let you know about the travel
plans of the official team. Further, we have requested the organizers to
book the entire Indian contingent by a special chartered plane of Turkesh
Airlines. The Accompanying persons can also avail this facility. Kindly
wait for our instructions
