The All India Chess Federation has filled a suit
O.A.NO.569 OF 2007 IN C.S.NO: 396 OF 2007 against Mr.P.T.Ummer Koya and
others in High Court, Madras. The Hon’ble Mr.Justice V.Ramasubramaniam on
25.04.2007 passed an order of Injunction restraining the First Defendant
Mr.P.T.Ummer Koya from alienating the schedule mentioned properties set out
in the application.
