The AICF has not received any request in U-7 Boys, U-9 Girls, U-13
Girls & U-15 Girls for
participation in the Asian Schools Chess Festival to be held at Kandy,
Srilanka from 3rd to 10th January, 2008. If any one wishes to participate may
send their names as per rules given below before 25th December, 2007 so that we
could persuade the organisers to accept late entries.
The Asian
Schools Chess Festival will be held at Kandy, Sri lanka from 3rd to 10th
January, 2008.
1. Those who are desirous of participating in the said Festival are
requested to forward their entries to All India Chess Federation through
their respective State Chess Associations.
2. All entries ( players & Accompanying persons ) together with
Registration form and registration fee of Rs. 7500/- each should be sent
to AICF on or before 25th December, 2007 positively after which requests
will not be entertained .
3. The Entry fee, Boarding & Lodging charges may be paid to the organizers
directly on arrival at the Venue.
4. The players and accompanying persons shall make their own arrangements
for travel. Please be informed that the AICF shall not make any
arrangements regarding flight etc.,
5. Only
registered players of the All India Chess Federation who have participated
in the last years National Championships are eligible to participate
for more details about the tournament :
